1. Who we are

Global Readymix is the trading name of three associated firms operating in Prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh:

Together we operate the website at globalreadymix.in. References to "we", "us", and "our" below mean these three firms collectively, as relevant to the matter being discussed.

2. What information we collect

We collect the minimum personal information needed to respond to your enquiry and supply the products you order.

2.1 Information you submit through the contact form

• Full name — required
• Phone number — required
• Email address — optional
• Subject and message — what you wrote
• Pre-fill context — if you arrived via a deep link (for example ?product=concrete&grade=M25), that context is included in the enquiry email so our sales desk can prepare a relevant quote

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Server access logs — Cloudflare (our hosting provider) records your IP address, the page you visited, the referring page, your browser type, and the date and time of the request. These logs are used only for security monitoring and abuse prevention and are retained for a limited period per Cloudflare's standard practice.
• Anti-spam check — when you submit the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a lightweight challenge to confirm you are not a bot. Turnstile is privacy-preserving and does not use traditional tracking cookies; see Cloudflare's Turnstile documentation for what it collects.

2.3 What we do NOT collect

• Financial information such as bank account numbers, card details, UPI IDs — these are exchanged offline, not through this website
• Identity documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.) — exchanged offline only, when required for invoicing under GST law
• Health or other sensitive personal data — we have no business need for these

3. How we use this information

• To respond to your enquiry — our sales desk uses your name, phone, email, and message to prepare a quote or answer your question. We may call or email you about the enquiry.
• To fulfil an order — if your enquiry becomes an order, we use the same details to dispatch concrete or schedule aggregate pickup, raise the GST invoice, and follow up on payment.
• To improve the website — aggregated, anonymised usage patterns may inform improvements to the site (for example, which service-area pages get the most visits). We do not combine these aggregates with your personal information.
• For legal compliance — we retain enquiry and order records as required by GST, the Companies Act, and other applicable Indian law.

We do not use your information for marketing automation, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your enquiry or order.

4. Who we share it with

We share limited information with a small number of service providers:

• Resend (resend.com) — delivers the enquiry email from the website to our sales inbox. Your form submission passes through Resend's infrastructure.
• Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — hosts the website, serves static pages, and provides Turnstile spam protection. Cloudflare may store server logs as described in section 2.2.
• Our own staff — the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams who need the information to respond to your enquiry or fulfil an order.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal information to any third party for marketing or monetisation. If we are ever legally required to disclose information (court order, lawful authority request), we will do so only to the extent required.

5. How long we keep your information

• Enquiries that did not lead to an order — kept in the sales inbox for up to 24 months, then archived or deleted. Beyond that, only aggregated, anonymised statistics may remain.
• Order records — retained for the period required by GST law and the Companies Act, typically 8 years from the relevant financial year.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Essential cookies that some browsers or our hosting provider may set for security or functionality are not used to identify or track you across other websites.

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the IT Rules 2011, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
• Erase — ask us to delete information we no longer need, subject to our statutory retention obligations (for example, invoices required to be kept for GST audits)
• Withdraw consent — for any processing based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time
• Complain — to the Data Protection Board of India, if you believe your rights have been infringed

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@globalreadymix.in with a clear description of your request. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

The website uses HTTPS for all traffic, content-security headers against common web attacks, and a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge on the contact form to prevent automated abuse. Form submissions are sent over an encrypted channel to our sales inbox.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure. If you believe your information has been compromised through our website, please contact us immediately on the numbers below.

9. Children

Our services are intended for businesses, contractors, and adult individuals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, when we change a service provider or in response to changes in Indian law. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
