We batch grades M7.5 to M40 at two plants — Mallavarappadu (~15 km from Ongole on Karumanchi Road) and Gundlapalli (inside the APIIC Growth Centre, ~28 km). Our aggregate division, Global Metals, supplies crushed stone, manufactured sand, and crusher dust from our stone crusher at Chimakurthy.

Quality starts at the source
Every batch is only as good as what goes into it. We control each raw-material stream — branded cement, our own crushed stone and manufactured sand, and screened river sand from the Penna belt — so the only thing that varies between dispatches is your project, not our inputs.
Cement
Established brands
We batch with cement from Shree, UltraTech, KCP, and Chettinad. Every batch slip names the brand and the mill for the load you are receiving, so there is no guesswork about what is in the mix.
Coarse aggregate & M-sand
Our own stone crusher
Made at our 300 TPH crusher at Chimakurthy on the same granite belt every load comes from. Graded to IS 383:2016, with consistent gradation and low silt from one batch to the next.

Penna riverbed · Nellore
Sourced from the Penna riverbed in Nellore district, screened to remove silt and oversize. The naturally rounded grains improve workability in our ready-mix concrete; we use it as the fine-aggregate component in the mix.

For large-scale projects — township builds, infrastructure works, industrial campuses — setting up a dedicated batching plant on your site is often more economical than scheduled trucking. We handle the full setup end-to-end.

A complete on-site batching plant — including operators, quality lab, and maintenance — installed, commissioned, and run for the project's duration. Plant and crew are demobilised at handover, with site reinstatement built into the contract.

- Crew. Operators, dispatcher, QC technician, and maintenance fitter for the project duration.
- Mix design. Project-specific mix designs signed off against your structural drawings.
