When your project volume exceeds 50,000 m³, a dedicated on-site batching plant is typically more economical than scheduled trucking — no haulage delays, no traffic exposure, and concrete available on demand.
- Equipment. Batching plant, cement silos, conveyors, transit mixers, and on-site quality lab.
- Crew. Plant operators, dispatcher, QC technician, and maintenance fitter.
- Mix design. Project-specific designs signed off against your structural drawings.
- Demobilisation. Plant removed and site reinstated at handover — included in the contract.
From enquiry to first pour
A typical on-site plant mobilisation takes 6–8 weeks from initial enquiry to first concrete dispatch.
Feasibility visit
Our team visits your site to assess access, power, water, and aggregate storage space. We produce a feasibility report within 5 working days.
Contract & mix design
We agree on the contract terms, mix designs, and mobilisation schedule. Mix designs are signed off against your structural drawings.
Mobilisation
Plant, silos, aggregate conveyors, transit mixers, and QC lab are transported and commissioned on your site. Trial pours carried out before live dispatch.
Operations & QC
Our operators and QC technician run the plant full-time. Daily batch reports, weekly QC summaries, and cube test certificates provided throughout.
